第五章 結論與建議
第五節 未來研究方向
本研究將提供以下兩點作為後續學者可以從事的研究參考:
(1) 本研究的研究範圍限制在單一食品加工企業,此研究方是可以得知 F 公司 的營運策略與競爭優劣勢,但此研究無法歸納整理出全台花生加工業的整 體營運狀況,未來學者可以將研究範圍的廣度擴大到全台灣花生加工產業 鏈,透過研究、分析與歸納出台灣花生加工業所面臨的共同問題與解決方案。
(2) 本研究所探討的 F 公司,僅限於目前的發展規劃僅到高雄地區,雖透過其 他通路有提高一些營運收入,未來學者可以探討 F 公司如要擴展到全台或 是網路平台銷售,應要強化哪些條件,才能增加競爭能力。
