第三節 未來研究建議
網站廣度與深度對於圖書館網站服務品質之提升有其重要性,雖然本研究已 進行網站廣度與深度尋獲度調查,但未來研究除了可對不同廣度與深度進行研究 之外,對於分析方式、調查方法、受試族群等也可採行不同方式,以探討更多的 可能性。以下針對未來研究提出建議:
一、分析打破卡片分類法限制的深度及廣度資訊架構
本研究是利用卡片分類法將圖書館網站經過群集分析後所設計出的資訊架 構,未來研究可以朝向打破卡片分類法的限制,直接就設定網站深度與廣度的資 訊架構,而不透過卡片分類法群集分析做尋獲度分析,藉此比較網站資訊架構的 異同。
二、 利用不同評估方式進行評估
一個好的網站除了應具有高尋獲度之外,在使用性、網站內容、介面設計等 方面也應符合使用者需求與期待,網站評估應可採行多種不同之調查方式,透過 不同的調查方式進行網站評估。未來建議可朝向使用性評估或同時利用尋獲度與 使用性兩種評估方式進行網站的評估工作,可比較使用不同評估方式檢視同一網 站所得結果之差異。
