5.5 未來研究建議
綜合本研究成果與限制，針對未來欲研究網路輔助跨文化語言學習相關議題 之研究者，給予以下建議：
在「受試對象」方面，礙於本研究之人力及資源，只針對新竹市某高一班級 共39 人施行課程，因而推論有其限制，建議以後若進行相關研究，可擴大課程 實施對象，讓多班學生進行課程，可做更完整之學生跨文化知能評估，蒐集更多 學生之意見。
在「研究內容與題材」方面，建議研究此議題之研究者可再更深入探討「文 化」之定義，歸納出文化所應包含之範疇，讓學習者可以經由此課程習得全方面 的跨文化概念；此外，本研究之學習夥伴來自美國加州，而加州為華人較多之區 域，因此學生習得之異國文化概念可能有限，建議相關課程可以讓台灣的學生和 美國其他地區的學生進行互動、甚至其他英語系國家如英國、澳洲的學生等，如 此一來，學生更能習得不同國家之文化內涵。
在「課程實施」方面，由於實施本課程需要不同科之教師跨領域合作，以及 學校行政制度之配合，建議研究者在實施課程之前必須充分與學校行政單位及授 課教師進行溝通協調，整合不同科系之教師及資源，並確實做好分工，例如英語 會話教師負責於課堂教導英語單字、而電腦課教師則負責訓練學生電腦軟體之使 用等；此外，本研究也發現，在此次課程實施的過程中，學生們很容易因為英語 會話課和電腦課在學校所佔的課程比重不高，或因為此科不是升學科目，而不願 意完成課程所安排之各項活動，建議以後研究者可以與學校及任課教師協調，讓 此課程所佔的成績比例提高，如此一來可能會影響學生之學習態度與成就動機。
綜合以上，本研究提出上述建議，以期國內之跨文化語言課程相關研究結果 更為完整，也期望未來教師、研究者能將類似的活動融入教學活動之中，提升學 生之學習動機、培養學生對異國文化的認知，成為具有廣闊國際視野之世界公民。
