5.3 未來研究方向
從全球範圍看,機場正在從以公有制和國營為特徵的時期進入以私有文化和 全球運營為特色的新時期。機場現在是複雜的企業,與任何其他行業一樣,需要 多種商業競爭能力和技能。機場不再是只扮演簡單的基礎設施提供者的角色,而 是通過提供設施滿足旅客需要。隨著中國民航走向世界,尤其在機場屬地化之 後,機場管理更需加強,特別是在航空安全,服務品質,航班正點以及經濟效益 與社會效益上應向世界同類先進機場看齊。
本研究之研究範圍中,使用機場設施及員工人數為本研究之投入變數,其中 並未將航空站未來經營策略、飛航問題、搭機票價、交通運輸以及民眾最關切之 噪音問題等列入本文作討論,而這些問題都是與我國未來空運發展及航空站營運 有著深切之影響,因此建議可以加入此相關議題作為未來研究,俾提供後續各航 空站規劃時之依據。
