第五章 結論與建議
5.2 研究建議與限制
(1) 本研究採用Standard & Poor Compustat資料庫，受資料來源的限制，無法將研 究擴充至未上市之公司，加上雲端產業仍屬發展中的新興事業，未能將更多有潛力的企 業納入觀察，恐有遺珠之憾，未來之研究若能克服上述限制，可增強結論的代表性。
(2) 近一兩年雲端產業吹起整併風，許多大型指標企業滿手現金，紛紛在市場中尋 覓好的購併標的，以補強自己不足的能力，產業變化非常快速，後續研究者可針對購併 前後公司營運績效比較，以及購併效益甚或移動障礙改變進行研究，進一步可探討這些 合作或購併行為，其背後所代表的策略及管理意涵。
(3) 挾廣大國內市場為後盾的大陸品牌，發展迅速，大有後來追上歐美大廠之態 勢。大陸企業的特性是，吸取歐美企業的優點，但不完全遵循歐美市場的遊戲規則。當 歐美大廠在大陸市場因水土不服或種種潛規則而受挫，大陸本土品牌的順勢崛起，後續 市場變化值得觀察。
