第一節  研究結論

「產品品質」

面對產業全球化的發展趨勢,各企業所面臨的競爭也就愈來愈激烈,供應鏈 管理適時地提供了一個解決的方案,如何落實應是企業維持競爭優勢,得以生存 下去的關鍵所在。鋼鐵製造業是一個資本密集、技術密集的產業,在面對此一競 爭激烈的產業環境時,該如何去建構和營運自身的供應鏈體系,已是一刻不容緩 的課題。因此應待個案公司全面實施供應鏈管理後,再針對本研究所探討的項目 做驗證,以收對照之效果。另本研究僅是針對單一個案公司做探討,為求研究結 果能應用的更廣泛、更周延,實應將研究範圍擴大至地區性(如台灣)、區域性

(如亞洲)、甚至全球性,以收整體性的綜效,此點有賴後續研究者繼續努力。

節 研究限制

本研究主要是針對個案公司,探討供應鏈管理實務、影響成功的關鍵因素 及和績效之間的關係,由於供應鏈管理尚未正式實施,所以本研究的結果都屬 於員工的看法,實際執行後的結果是否一如本研究,則有待進一步確認。雖說 個案公司是一家績效良好的鋼鐵製造公司,對於其他的鋼鐵製造業者,本研究 結果是否適合推論之,也有待進一步確認。另本研究在探討區位優勢時,主要 聚焦在地理位置的靠近或集中,對於供應鏈管理很重要的一部分--運籌管 理,探討的深度及廣度比較不足,故在研究範圍上稍有限制,此點有賴後續研 究者續以拓展之
