第四節 研究結論
本研究針對影響醫療工作者健康風險之因素分析,大致可分為政府政策、員工自 我健康意識及醫療院所三方面。
因工作內容、屬性等原因,政府一直未能針對醫師工作時數制訂法令規範,如勞 基法之於一般勞工等法令保障醫師權益。近年臺灣醫療環境的不友善,導致醫療人力 逐年下滑,不僅是曾經投入職場的人員不斷出走,甚至是各相關系所也出現招收不到 心血的窘境,若是醫療院所能提供相對有善的職場環境,讓超時工作等問題能夠趨 緩,加之舉辦提升自我健康意識等相關活動,促使員工能夠主動自我監測健康風 險,相信綜合以上所述應該能夠有效改善醫療工作者健康方面的問題。
