(一)研究限制

(甲)樣本取得

本研究的樣本發放多集中於台灣北部及中部之中小企業,尚未涵蓋 至其他縣市區域,因此研究結果可能因地域性的差異而有所影響。

(乙)縱斷面研究

由於人力資源措施,需要時間的發酵才看得出具體成果,然而本研 究蒐集資料的時間均在同一個時點完成所有研究變項的資料蒐集,可能 導致因果不明的問題,無法明確辨別是因賦權氣候、心理賦權導致的組 織雙歧;還是因組織雙歧而造成賦權氣候、心理賦權。因此未來的研究 可採用縱斷面研究,將資料分成不同時間點收集。

(丙)控制變數

過去學者曾提出,高階管理者年齡會使公司在從事變動及創新活動 上產生影響(Vaccaro, Jansen, Bosch, & Volberda, 2012),然而本研究未將此 因素設定為變項之一或控制變項進行考量。

(二)建議

(甲)調節變項

本研究未設定任何的調節變項,而學者 Raisch 與 Birkinshaw(2009) 提 出 過 去 研 究 對 於 雙 歧 進 行 探 討 的 調 節 變 項 , 如 市 場 導 向 (Market orientation)、資源稟賦(Resource endowment)、公司規模(Firm’s scope)等。

因此本研究建議未來可以增加調節變項進行探討。
