第三節 研究限制與未來研究建議

本研究有幾個應注意的限制。首先,我們的研究樣本可能不具有足夠的代表性。

本研究使用便利抽樣,便利抽樣的優點是易於收集資料和節省時間。與此相反,其缺 點是,樣本可能不具足夠之代表性。

根據研究結果,本研究為今後的研究提供了一些建議。未來的研究應進一步探討 組織如何將職場不當行為的影響降到最低,並了解職場不當行為的起源,探討組織可 以如何促進員工的正向行為。最後,本研究只討論的台灣的教育機構,未來的研究可 以採納其他產業,以進一步驗證其結果。
