本研究經實驗結果之探討後,獲得以下的結論:

前弓箭步的肌肉活化與膝關節深膝力矩介於兩者之間,比較趨近於能穩定膝關節的 動作,對於傷害的風險也較測弓箭步小;側弓箭步在股四頭肌的活化、膝關節伸膝力矩、

共同活化比都較高,這可能會增加脛骨前移的機率,進而導致膝關節的不穩定;後弓箭 步在腿後肌的活化較高,股四頭肌與腿後肌的活化比例較平衡,且股四頭肌之伸膝力舉 較低,因此推測可以降低因股四頭肌收縮所產生脛骨前移情況,做動作時可以讓膝關節 更穩定,

第二節 建議

本研究之建議如下:

一、前弓箭步在三者之中屬於中等難度,可應用在有運動基礎的族群以及膝關節傷後復 健較進階的患者作為訓練。

二、測弓箭步比較不是用在股四頭肌肌力不足及膝關節傷後患者,若目標是為了增進股 四頭肌的力量,可使用測弓箭步作為訓練。

三、後弓箭步適合應用在熱身運動或肌力訓練不足之初學者,以及臨床初期膝蓋傷後復 健患者。
