在研究中,幾種新型微帶線帶通陶瓷濾波器的設計和製作不同的功
能和通訊系統, 採用氧化鋁陶瓷基板為了減少圖案大小,最後實驗結 果雙工器具有良好的實模擬和測量結果。
本論文是強調以簡易型與殘段型雙工器做到頻率可調。以半波長 共振器為基礎,而為了加強雙工器的損失,在兩條輸出傳輸線上,加 入 1/4λ 開路帶拒殘段,以增加止帶損失,在兩個開路環形共振器中,
以步階阻抗共振器結構進行改良,將其二倍頻諧波,移往更高的頻段,
以增加兩路徑之訊號隔離度,在最後會造成實作與模擬些微的不同,
還有未考慮 SMA 接頭的損耗,未考慮導體的電阻特性(Conductor Loss) 及 SMA 接頭與饋入線之間的匹配不良所致等等原因,而要改善的方法 來提高製做的精密度,應可改善插入損耗和返回損耗。
本論文所設計之雙工器殘段型與雙工器殘段變化型,設計出來之 結果,雙工器殘段型之返回損失的比較上5.2GHz返回損失為-29dB,S32 插入損失大部分都在-40dB,3.5GHz實驗值之返回損失為-10Db;而雙 工器殘段變化型之3.5GHz實驗數據之返回損失-19dB,5.2GHz返回損失 -25dB,插入損失(S31)大部分都在-40dB,所以本研究所製作之簡易型雙 工器已達成本研究之期望。
