在蹬伸期蹬伸階段前期,踝關節為踩實沙地而出力,會繼續作屈蹠的 動作,導致脛前肌與腓腸肌的施力時宜會早於股二頭肌,這是沙灘排球起 跳用力方式與室内不同的特徵之一。
