第四節 結論
要瞭解運動期望-價值信念與運動行為的關係,需要一個有效的測量工具,
以做為比較及分析的指標。而測量工具的建構需要有完整的概念,在測量上才 能有清楚的依據。本研究主要的目的是以 Eccles 的期望-價值理論為基礎,發展
「運動期望與價值量表」,除了建立檢驗運動領域的期望與價值信念的基礎,
也補足過去研究未檢驗代價成份的不足。探討運動期望與價值的結構,不僅有 助於瞭解影響運動參與的心理因素,對於應用上也有實質的幫助。然而,「運 動期望與價值量表」的編製只是探討的開始,期待未來有更多的研究者,加入 探討運動領域的期望與價值的行列。
