本研究目的為評估慢性踝關節不穩定運動員進行連續側向跳著地動作,其功能性運 動表現與傷害預防策略。而本研究根據三種不同踝關節型態的運動員中,發現CAI在兩 種不同方向著地階段,其踝關節踝關節蹠背屈活動度皆小於Healthy,可能為了代償結構 鬆弛與不穩定感的策略,但反而因此導致著地減震能力 (shock attenuation) 降低,而當 外力作用超過外側韌帶所能抵抗的強度時,則是韌帶組織產生傷害的開始,這可能是CAI 族群容易反覆扭傷的因素之一。雖然三個族群在額狀面角度資料並未有顯著差異,但可

看出不同的分佈趨勢,這部分值得進一部探討。

我們也發現在執行不同方向的跳躍著地時,下肢會有不同的著地策略來因應相同程 度的負荷,外側著地會使用較多的髖策略,在內側著地會使用較多的踝策略。本實驗結 果也呼應 Wikstrom 等 (2008) 所提出透過檢驗不同方向的跳躍著地,可以發現更多有 不同神經肌肉控制的訊息建議未來的研究能加入肌電圖的分析,以瞭解下肢肌肉收縮 的效益;並進一步分析造成下肢關節傷害的相關因子,以提供更多有關傷害風險的訊息,

並進一步探討出較佳的踝關節不穩定的預防策略。
