據本研究結果,不同情境的揮棒模擬訓練間,確實存在動作上的差異,使用 虛擬實境進行揮棒,有較佳的模擬投手投球動作效果,影片投影也有相同的效果,
但無法反應擊球瞬間揮擊不同位置的球路之動作變化;拋球揮擊則因為有實際球 體進入揮擊時靠近身體的位置,使選手在擊球瞬間有較多的手肘屈曲動作,且真 實擊中球的過程有助於揮擊中間與外側球路時的棒頭向前與向外之延伸;而以動 作意象進行揮棒時,擊球瞬間的前膝會有較為彎曲且延伸較少的情形。
本研究也建議未來在學術的研究上,能以串流動作分析系統的方式,擷取真 實投手的投球動作,並匯入虛擬實境系統,同時比較同一位投手之虛擬影像投球 與真實投球,對打者在揮棒動作上的差異,並能加入測力板、肌電訊號的收取,
以進行更完整的生物力學分析。在訓練的實務上,若能在虛擬實境訓練情境中,
加入球棒與球的撞擊聲音與震動的回饋,模擬擊球瞬間的碰撞效果,虛擬實境將 成為最具潛力的模擬訓練系統,有最佳的模擬投手投球動作與更為真實的擊球效 果之組合,對於教練與選手在揮擊的訓練上能有更大的助益。

感謝您參加本項研究,題目為:「動作意象與虛擬實境棒球揮擊運動學分析」, 目的為以動作分析的方式探討各棒球揮棒訓練情境間,揮擊時的關節角度、運動 學參數和棒頭軌跡變化。
為避免其他因素影響,使實驗得以順利進行,敬請遵守下列事項:
一、請據實填寫基本資料。
二、事先了解實驗流程。
三、在實驗進行前,做好暖身活動,避免受傷。
四、請穿著合適的緊身服飾,下半身以短束褲和緊身褲為主。
五、在實驗開始前請實驗參與者進行自身的暖身流程 (如:動態伸展、慢跑、空 揮棒),待前置作業結束後進行全身反光球的黏貼,接著進行外角、中間和內角直 球各3顆的拋打揮擊,再分別以動作意象、影片投影和虛擬實境三組的情境中揮 棒,各情境也會有外角、中間和內角的直球各3顆,並採隨機的方式出現。
