最後,受限於 RR2014 的問卷內容,我們無法得知更詳細的居住情況以區分別墅、

透天、大樓、公寓和傳統農村之間的差異,例如:家中有幾扇窗戶、室內採光是否良好、

是否有前後陽台、公設比率、與鄰居間的互動、住宅位於大馬路還是街尾巷弄、社區辦 理活動之頻率等,或許台灣民眾除了基於每人平均坪數大小的考量,還會因為住宅類型 具備某些獨有的特色,使他們因為住在該類型的住宅而感到快樂,再者,受訪者絕大部 分不願意回答問卷中有關目前住居的每坪價值,使得本研究無法驗證台灣民眾是否如 Ratcliffe (2010)所述,房價上升對快樂程度有顯著正向的影響,因此,如果未來華人家 庭動態資料庫釋出更加詳細的居住資訊,可以考量更多的房屋特性變數,對快樂與房屋 的關聯性進行更深入的研究。
