本實驗以兩種方式克服油品中自由脂肪酸之問題。
於固體酸觸媒部份,選用 SZA-500 固體酸觸媒同時催化酯化及轉酯化反應。
先選用市售豬油為進料油,於實驗條件為〆醇油莫耳比 12 比 1、觸媒含量為 1wt%、
反應溫度為 150℃,反應時間 2hr,可得約 80%之反應產率々另外,實際使用含自 由脂肪酸之廢食用油於上述反應條件下進行反應,結果顯示,此觸媒催化效率不 受原料油影響,故可選用品質較差之廢食用油為原料油,以達到降低成本目的。
惟其缺點為觸媒無法重複使用。
於兩步驟反應部份,第一步驟酯化反應選用 SZA-500 固體酸觸媒,實驗結果 顯示此觸媒成功地將油品中自由脂肪酸含量降低,使油品適合進行第二步驟鹼觸 媒轉酯化反應々第二步驟固體鹼觸媒選用 Ca(C3H7O3)2,於醇油莫耳比 30 比 1、觸 媒含量 1wt%、反應溫度 60oC 下,可達到約 80%左右產率。此外,在自由脂肪酸 含量 5wt%時,其第一步驟與第二步驟之間不需經過除水步驟々在自由脂肪酸含量 20wt%時,若第一步驟與第二步驟之間無除水步驟,則整體產率下降 10%。
由整體實驗結果來看,此兩種實驗方法反應產率相近。以單純固體酸觸媒來 說,同時進行酯化/轉酯化反應,其實驗操作步驟較為簡易,無需於步驟中分離觸 媒,然而其反應條件需高溫高壓,較不友善々以兩步驟反應來說,先進行酯化反 應再進行轉酯化反應之實驗操作步驟較為繁複,但其所需之反應溫度、壓力較為 溫和,因此若對於未來想要發展以連續式反應器生產生質柴油來說,兩步驟反應 應為較合適之實驗方法。

個人小傳
欣玫出生於民國 75 年 10 月 1 日,家中除父母之外,還有一對雙胞胎妹妹。
小學就讀於屏東縣東海國小,之後搬家到台南,國、高中皆就讀於聖功女中。於 民國 94 年申請進入臺灣大學化學工程學系,民國 98 年推甄進入臺灣大學化學工 程學系碩士班,並於就學期間,申請交換至瑞典皇家理工學院(KTH Royal Institute of Technology)一學期(2011.08.01~2011.12.31)。
