5-2 未來展望

由於骨質疏鬆症會隨著年齡增長而慢慢出現症狀,也使得經皮椎骨整型手術 在近幾年來廣泛的被應用,如何使該手術更順利的進行以及提高手術的治療效果 便顯得相當重要,因為我們這次的研究還是以人體椎骨試樣為主,但是為了方便 模擬骨折我們移除了椎體後側的部份,所以導致許多的臨床狀況我們無法ㄧ併考 慮進去,例如椎骨內血流的模擬或是週邊血管肌肉軟組織的模擬等等…這些臨床 的狀況或多或少影響著骨水泥的溢流,特別是靜脈血管以及血液流動的模擬,如 果可以成功在實驗中應用一定會對實驗結果有很大的幫助,也冀望接下來以人體 椎骨來做骨水泥溢流研究與探討的團隊或是實驗室夥伴可以朝向這方面來著手,

使得整個實驗的環境更接近臨床,如此ㄧ來所得到的研究結果將更具臨床參考價 值,期盼對經皮椎骨整型手術的進行可以有更大的幫助。

另外就是骨水泥的特性變異很大,隨著不同的環境以及設定會有不同的反應 表現,這次我們也只針對其中ㄧ種骨水泥產品來跟我們的實驗變因比較,至於其 他廠牌的骨水泥會有什麼樣的表現也是未來可以進行實驗研究的方向之ㄧ。
