結論與未來展望

果大致符合 (Table 11);其中與 Chang and Liu (2001, 2003) 的結果相同的是,箭葉 鳳尾蕨依二氧化矽堆積形式從大葉鳳尾蕨亞節 (subsection Creticae) 中分出而與 天草鳳尾蕨和半邊羽裂鳳尾蕨歸為一群。

此外,孔雀鳳尾蕨屬依據分子證據由碎米蕨類群中被移出而成為金粉蕨屬之 姐妹群 (Gastony and Johnson, 2001),矽異形細胞之存在應可做為此新分類群的共 同 特 徵 ; 而 於 書 帶 蕨 類 群 之 中 , 一 條 線 蕨 屬 依 據 分 子 證 據 應 為 一 多 系 群 (Schuettpelz et al., 2007; Ruhfel et al., 2008),而於過去的研究中曾依據矽異形細胞 的有無,試圖將一條線蕨分為兩個屬 Pleurogramma 以及 Eumonogramme (Poirault, 1893; Williams, 1927),因此矽異形細胞於一條線蕨屬中似乎是一個值得重新檢視

目前較常應用於材料科學之樣品檢查,於生物研究中並不普遍,但於未來確可能 有應用於生物學。該方法依據目前之技術已可觀察植物標本表皮之形態,只要標 本烘乾的過程夠迅速,基本上材料能保有還算固定之形態,特別是表皮矽酸體的 部份;此外,該方法利用冷卻固定,而不需使用化學藥劑處理或者鍍金,因此在 觀察後具有回收烘乾,還原成標本之特性;而該方法操作簡易,於熟練操作方法 後,觀察一個樣品所需之時間約僅5-20 分鐘,因此,該項儀器於未來可能於部份 分類群如禾本科植物之分類與形態觀察上具有其應用性。

本研究發現兩項操作方式可增加該儀器於植物分類上之應用性:(1) 使用可變 之加速電壓:該方法對於觀察具有不同表皮角質蠟層厚度之植物材料有所助益;(2) 增加可置入材料的面積:若該項材料有回收使用之必要性 (如模式標本),則需要 較大的材料放置空間,然而,於操作、時間、空間與雜訊等層面可能需有所取捨。
