本研究以 22 名一般高中男子為實驗參與對象,分為高強度間歇 訓練組(HIIT 組,n =7)、持續跑訓練組(CT 組,n=7)與控制組(n=8), 探討六週的高強度間歇訓練與持續跑訓練介入,對高中非運動績優選 手之男生心肺耐力之影響。心肺功能檢測項目為 1600 公尺跑走測 驗、登階測驗、安靜心跳率及安靜血壓值。

本研究結論如下:

一、 六週不同方式訓練介入後,皆能顯著提升 1600 公尺測驗成 績,其中又以持續跑訓練效果較佳。

二、 六週不同方式訓練介入後,在登階測驗體力指數的變化中未達 顯著水準。,持續跑訓練組稍有上升,高強度間歇訓練組及控 制組呈現下降趨勢

三、 安靜心跳率及安靜血壓值在訓練介入後並未有顯著變化。
