本研究證實,以杏仁果取代飲食中 20% 總熱量來源的杏仁果飲 食,可以顯著改善受試者其(1)胰島素抗性指標-HOMA-IR 數值;

(2)高血糖指標-空腹血糖濃度;(3)血脂異常指標-TC 濃度、

LDL-C 濃度、LDL-C: DL-C 的比值與 Apo B: Apo A-1 的比值;(4)

氧化壓力指標-LDL 氧化遲滯時間;(5)發炎反應指標-CRP 濃 度。因此,杏仁果飲食介入具有改善合併有高脂血症的第 2 型糖尿

病患者其胰島素抗性、高血糖、血脂異常、氧化壓力及發炎反應等心 血管疾病危險因子的效應。
