結論與未來研究方向

在 DBR 架構下,瓶頸機台是依計劃(Drum)來派工,因此機台派工的 設計主要是針對不同特性的非瓶頸機台。而非瓶頸機台的類型又分為多 機台與併量機台(如真空回火站等)兩類,故必須對這兩種機台類型分 別做設計,且需再考量各工作站之特性(如等候時間限制等)予以各別 修正,如此才能使非瓶頸站滿足全力配合瓶頸站之需求。

三、緩衝管理(Buffer Management)

在產品進度控制方面,必須依組立廠之特性發展出一套適合廠內需 求的緩衝管理模式,以保護產品能及時到達瓶頸站前以避免瓶頸機台閒 置而造成產能的浪費,以及確保產品能準時出貨。

未來若能將上述三點納入研究,則可建構出一套完整的 DBR 管理系統,

將能真正滿足該產業應用之所需。
