五、 脂質變化
1. 血清和心臟均質液中的三酸甘油脂（TG）含量
血清的 TG 含量如【圖 4.11】所示，normal 組的 TG 含量顯著低於 control 組（p＜0.05），而 normal 組、histidine 組和 carnosine 組三組之間並無顯著 差異（p＞0.05）。
心臟的 TG 含量如【圖 4.12】，和血清的 TG 相同之處為 control 均顯著 高於其他三組（p＜0.05），但和血清不同之處在於，histidine 組和 carnosine 組更顯著低於 normal 組（p＜0.05），無論是血清或心臟的分析，histidine 組和 carnosine 組之間均無差異性（p＞0.05）。
2. 肝臟總膽固醇（TC）含量，如【圖 4.13】
餵食 5%奶油飲食的 control 組其 TC 含量顯著高於其他三組（p＜
0.05），而 histidine 組又顯著高於 normal 組和 carnosine 組（p＜0.05），其 中 normal 組和 carnosine 組之間在統計上沒有差異性（p＞0.05）。
