第五章 討論

第三節 護理應用之建議

一、 臨床實務上:建議急診的血壓偏高病患於臥床至少30 分鐘後再次 測量血壓,在此同時,評估並處理焦慮程度對血壓的影響,以降低 因焦慮狀態對於臥床期間的血壓影響。

二、 護理教育上:本研究證實對於急診血壓偏高的病患,休息5 分鐘不 足以使血壓降低,研究中呈現再次測量血壓的建議,期望在未來能 將血壓偏高病患再次測量血壓標準納入護理課程內。

三、 未來護理研究上:目前對於急診護理相關研究文獻相當有限,而急 診室中的血壓議題也缺乏討論,以重複測量檢測急診血壓偏高病患 臥床後之血壓變化及相關因素探討,本研究尚屬前趨研究,其結果 尚待未來研究加以證實。
