香港與台灣餐飲業需求面的差異

根據研究結果可以發現,香港餐飲業需求面所重視的概念依序為

「薪資福利」、「表達溝通」及「前備經驗」,而台灣餐飲業需求面所 重視的概念依序為「薪資福利」、「前備經驗」及「熱情抗壓」。在前 三名的概念中,兩地餐飲業需求面同時擁有「薪資福利」及「前備經 驗」,只是排名不同。但是香港餐飲業需求面第二重視的概念是「表 達溝通」,而台灣餐飲業需求面第三重視的概念則是「熱情抗壓」。

從上述可見,香港台灣餐飲業需求面之間共同重視的就業概念為

「薪資福利」及「前備經驗」,兩地餐飲業需求面對於「薪資福利」,

認為徵才時毫無保留的揭露薪資及員工的福利,可以吸引更多的人才。

而對於「前備經驗」,兩地餐飲業需求面認為徵才時必頇把職業應具 備的能力及經驗明確顯示。

而僅有香港餐飲業需求面重視的「表達溝通」,是因為香港文化 比較國際化,並且香港土地較小,所以在常常有國外遊客來訪的情況 下,對於語言能力及溝通技巧方面需求比較大,所以香港餐飲業需求 面在徵才時會把語言能力及溝通技巧等列入標準。另外,台灣餐飲業 需求面重視的「熱情抗壓」,是因為台灣餐飲業競爭對手較多,所以 台灣餐飲業需求面希望求職者能夠有熱情的工作,可以認真學習,才 能做出品質保證的料理,而且要抗壓能力不能半途而廢,因為重新培 訓需要大量的時間。
