我們將比較在一系列不同金屬改變溫度,及氧氣含量對催化劑的影響及趨勢。

在活性測試前要先在還原箱中以氫氣還原,並且將其架上反應槽後確認樣品粉末 有沒有堵塞,由於我們樣品為粉末,粉末碰到蒸氣加上氣流會被擠再一起,故我 們要先確認氣體能不能從產物出口流出,避免之後實驗進行到一半,發生實驗裝 製被產物累積的大壓力衝開,造成危險。

接下來我們會比較溫度,在這邊我們所選的溫度範圍有兩個點(600℃、500

℃),在這邊我們所選擇的溫度範圍對催化活性較好,方便我們做任何比較。再 來比較我們通入的氧氣含量,氧氣流速我們們從(5 sccm 到 40 sccm),以每 5sccm 作為一個測試點,來探討其對於催化劑的影響。最後我們在比較兩種不同支撐物 對乙醇蒸氣重組反應之間的差異。

開始測試後,我們每個測試點都是經過反應穩定後,再反覆確認 3 次,進而 平均我們的數據。下面我們所呈現的表格是所有的數據,分別有不同溫度、不同 氧氣含量、不同催化劑在乙醇蒸氣重組反應中的產物分佈表。之後我們會把這些 數據拿來做成圖以方便分析。而經由一系列條件測試完之後,我們會在回頭確認 測試點,來確認其數據的穩定性,是否有因為反應時間的關係,而有很大的差距。

而結果也確認,我們的催化劑,並沒有因為時間的差異而造成不同的效果。
