第三節 CLT 法規現況
3.3.1 IBC 2018
在 IBC 2018 中已納入 CLT 的規定，分別出現於第 2 章定義(DEFINITIONS)、
第 6 章構造形式(TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION)、第 23 章木材(WOOD)等章。各 章節之內容分述於後。
於第 2 章之定義中，CLT 之主要定義如下。為一種預製的工程木材，由不少 於三層的實心鋸製材 (solid-sawn lumber)或結構複合木材(structural composite lumber)組成，其中相鄰的層是正交方向(cross oriented)的並用結構粘合劑粘合以 形成實木元件。
「A prefabricated engineered wood product consisting of not less than three layers of solid-sawn lumber or structural composite lumber where the adjacent layers are cross oriented and bonded with structural adhesive to form a solid wood element.」
於第 6 章中，CLT 出現於 602.4 節，本節說明相關 TYPE IV 結構的規定。
TYPE IV 結構其外牆是不燃材料，內部建築構件是實木，集成材，重型木材（heavy timber ，HT）或結構複合木材（SCL），沒有隱蔽空間。最小材料尺寸包括實木，
集成材，結構複合木材（SCL）和直交集成板(CLT)以及 TYPE IV 結構的細節應 符合本節和第 2304.11 節的規定。 外牆應符合 602.4.1 或 602.4.2 的規定。使用 不小於 1 小時防火等級的內牆和隔板或符合第 2304.11.2.2 節的重型木材。
「Type IV construction is that type of construction in which the exterior walls are of noncombustible materials and the interior building elements are of solid wood, laminated wood, heavy timber (HT) or structural composite lumber (SCL) without concealed spaces. The minimum dimensions for permitted materials including solid timber, glued-laminated timber, structural composite lumber (SCL), and cross-laminated timber and details of Type IV construction shall comply with the provisions of this section and Section 2304.11. Exterior walls complying with Section 602.4.1 or

602.4.2 shall be permitted. Interior walls and partitions not less than 1-hour fire-resistance rating or heavy timber complying with Section 2304.11.2.2 shall be permitted.」
602.4.2 節進一步規定 CLT 充當外牆時的規定。CLT 符合第 2303.1.4 節規定 且外表面受到以下任一種方式保護，則允許在厚度不小於 6 英寸（152 毫米）且 厚度小於等於 2 小時的外牆組件內使用。
1. 符合第 2303.2 節且厚度不小於 15/32 英寸（12 毫米）的阻燃處理木 (Fire- retardant-treated wood)護版;
2. 石膏板厚度不小於 1/2 英寸（12.7 毫米）;
3. 不燃材料。
「Cross-laminated timber complying with Section 2303.1.4 shall be permitted within exterior wall assemblies not less than 6 inches (152 mm) in thickness with a 2-hour rating or less, provided the exterior surface of the cross-laminated timber is protected by one the following:
1. Fire-retardant-treated wood sheathing complying with Section 2303.2 and not less than 15/32 inch (12 mm) thick;
2. Gypsum board not less than 1 /2 inch (12.7 mm) thick; or 3. A noncombustible material.」
第 23 章的 2303.1.4 節規定 CLT 最低標準與品質。結構用 CLT 應根據 ANSI / APA PRG 320 製造和標識。
「 Structural glued cross-laminated timber. Cross-laminated timbers shall be manufactured and identified in accordance with ANSI/APA PRG 320.」
第 2304 節施工一般要求。2304.11.3.1 條規定以 CLT 作為樓版，CLT 的實 際厚度不應小於 4 英寸（102 毫米）；相鄰支承間為 CLT 應為連續；且用機械 式扣件接合；CLT 應與牆壁密接，因此設計中考量到膨脹或收縮；允許採用圬工 牆體作為樓版之支承。

「2304.11.3.1 Cross-laminated timber floors. Cross-laminated timber shall be not less than 4 inches (102 mm) in actual thickness. Cross-laminated timber shall be continuous from support to support and mechanically fastened to one another. Cross-laminated timber shall be permitted to be connected to walls without a shrinkage gap providing swelling or shrinking is considered in the design. Corbelling of masonry walls under the floor shall be permitted to be used.」
2304.11.4.1 條規定以 CLT 作為屋頂，其厚度不得小於 3 英寸（76 毫米）， 相鄰支承間為 CLT 應為連續；且用機械式扣件接合。
「2304.11.4.1 Cross-laminated timber roofs. Crosslaminated timber roofs shall be not less than 3 inches (76 mm) nominal in thickness and shall be continuous from support to support and mechanically fastened to one another.」
3.3.2 NDS 2018
NDS 於 2015 年版已納入 CLT，於 2018 年版中與 CLT 相關的內容為，第 2 章結構元件設計參數(DESIGN VALUES FOR STRUCTURAL MEMBERS)；第 3 章設計規定和公式(DESIGN PROVISIONS AND EQUATIONS)；第 10 章 CLT；
第 11 章機械接合(MECHANICAL CONNECTIONS)；第 12 章釘栓扣件(DOWEL-TYPE FASTENERS)；第 13 章分裂環和剪力板連接件(SPLIT RING AND SHEAR PLATE CONNECTORS)；第 16 章木質構件防火設計(FIRE DESIGN OF WOOD MEMBERS)。相關內容分述如後。
2.3.3 條提到 CLT 的溫度修正係數。
3.5.2 條提到 CLT 作為抗彎構件時，於長期載重下的潛變修正係數。
第10 章是 CLT 的專章，第 10.1 節為一般說明；第 10.2 節規定 CLT 參考設 計參數；第10.3 節為參考設計參數的修正；第 10.4 節規定特殊設計考慮的因素。
11.1.1 條規定 CLT 適用第 11 章的條文。

12.1.1 條規定 CLT 可使用釘栓扣件；12.2.1.5 條規定在 CLT 的窄邊上使用 突端螺釘抵抗拉拔力時，之調整因數；12.3.3.5 條規定 CLT 上之釘栓承載強度應 考慮剪切面的木理傾向；12.3.3.6 條規定 CLT 之窄邊安裝釘栓扣件時釘栓之承載 強度；12.3.5.2 條規定 CLT 上的釘栓扣件承載長度；12.5.1.4 條 CLT 之窄邊安裝 釘栓扣件時，其端距、邊距與間距之規定。
13.1.1 條規定 CLT 不可使用分裂環和剪力板連接件。
