每個議程有五至六篇論文發表。會議中宣讀的論文均經過嚴格審查後 才接受。接受的論文至少必須有一位非學生作者註冊參加大會,論文 才會納入大會論文集。而大會註冊也必須先訂旅館,安排好住宿,才 能註冊,非常嚴格。宣讀過後的論文則直接納入 IEEE Xplore 內。沒 有來宣讀的論文則取消刊登資格。
三、 宣讀論文
報告人於此次會議宣讀的論文題目為 The Wireless Transmission Design of a Novel Electronic Current Transformer,安排在 5/6, 星期一下午14.00-15.00 Session 9 Chairwoman: Leontina Pinto的 Session 9,該議程共宣讀五篇論文,
都是提出電力系統相關量測與監控問題及解決方法的論文,相當專業 且實用,我們的是第五篇。共同著作人為本人指導之碩士班研究生陳
彥儒、博士班研究生陳坤隆與蔡元繽,該篇論文即由陳彥儒同學宣 讀,本人在旁陪同回答問題。陳同學出身技職體系,經過多年努力,
不但能以英文撰寫論文,為本次大會接受,且能以英語在眾多國際專 家學者面前宣讀論文,並回答問題,非常難得,表現優異。
四、 與會心得
此次大會由波蘭主辦,探討主題為環境與工業應用方面非常專業 的問題,發表的論文不但要有學術創新,更須具備產業實用價值。過 去本會幾乎都在歐洲其他國家舉辦,對社會貢獻非常大。我們的論文 提出的方法,可以大幅改善電力系統的量測技術,並且結合電腦及無 線通訊技術,未來在這方面的應用非常廣泛,也非常重要。另外,對 監控技術、尤其是智慧型控制,都會有很大影響。
五、 建議
我國應該鼓勵學界探討環境與產業應用方面的研發及技術,積極 參與國際研討會,吸取國外知識及經驗,眼光放在全世界,將來才有 競爭力。建議可以朝向量測、監控技術、智慧型控制等方面發展。

本次會議所有論文皆登錄於大會網站供人下載,本人也帶回一片 含有所有論文的光碟。
