第四節 討論與結論

0.00123%Thiazolidinedione (n=5),餵食 18 週,結果發現投與 1%山苦瓜乙酸乙酯 萃取物於高脂飲食餵養之 ApoE 剔除雄鼠,可顯著的降低其新生內層與中層面積

(1g/kgBW/day),未顯著降低血液 TC、TG 及 NEFA 之結果相似(趙哲毅,2003);

另一研究中,曾氏添加相同劑量 1%山苦瓜乙酸乙酯萃物於高脂飼料中,同樣無法 改善 6~10 週齡及 18 週齡 ApoE 剔除鼠血液 TC 與 TG 濃度(曾雅旻,2006,見表 4-1,實驗 1、2)。然而,曾氏於研究指出,山苦瓜乙酸乙酯萃物雖無法降低血脂,
