摘要

一、目的 我認為這次民法課的菜園報告是想讓我們了解到，我們生長在台灣這塊土地 上，應該身體力行地在菜園體驗當農夫種菜的辛勞，並且整合民法法律，舉出一 些可以探討、值得大家一起思考的例子。 二、過程及方法 首先，我們先介紹我們菜園所種植的植物—小白菜，然後在每次再以一個禮 拜的間隔做種植紀錄，從 2/16 開始記錄到 5/19，一點一滴地記錄著小白菜三個 月以來生長的過程。 一開始播種時，需先將一些肥料倒入土中，再用鏟子慢慢翻土，然後再撒入 小白菜的種子。而將種子種下去的過程尤為重要，第一步，先用手指在濕潤的土 壤中隔一段空間往下戳一個洞，一個洞內再放入 3 顆小白菜種子，放入比較多顆 種子可以確保植物有一定的生長，不會說一顆都長不出來，第二步，將放入種子 的洞口用旁邊的一些土壤鋪平，但是鋪的土也不能太過於多，第三步，用澆水器 將菜園澆水，若是用水管澆水的話可能會造成土壤有過多的衝擊，所以用澆水器 可以減緩水的衝擊也可以均勻地將水灑在菜園的土壤裡。 三、結論 經過這次的菜園報告，我們得出了許多心得，不論以前是否在菜園有種植過 青菜蔬果，這一次民法課的種菜過程使我們受益良多，像是體驗農夫在菜園裡曬 著大太陽彎腰種菜，常常要到菜園去澆水、拔雜草，擔憂著小白菜會被菜蟲吃掉， 所以我們必須經常往菜園跑，這些都是許多同學們沒有經歷過的，所以看著自己 種植的小白菜們從一顆顆的小種子蛻變成許多株的小白菜，看著它們慢慢的成長 茁壯，就會有種莫名的成就感。而最有感觸的是，可以跟組員們一起去種菜、抓 菜蟲、收成小白菜，一起體會當農夫的感覺，覺得這是種難得的體驗與經驗。

Abstract

Purpose:

I thought this civil law class which told the vegetable garden is to want us to understand that we grow on Taiwan,this island,should by actual efforts in the vegetable garden experience when the farmers grow vegetables toil.And the conformity civil law points out the example which some may discuss, is worth everybody ponder together.

Processes and methods:

First, we introduce our vegetable garden plants of we plant - bok choy.Then in each time again makes the planter record by a week gap, we record them from 2/16 to 5/19.They are bit by bit recording the process which the bok choy three months we have grown.When the seeds that we plant in the begining, must be buried first some fertilizers, then use the shovel to turn the soil slowly,scatter them into the again the seed of bok choy.Furthermore, the process of planting the seeds into the soil is very important . First , use the finger to separate section of spaces from the first in the moist soil downward to poke a hole, put in 3 small colza seeds again in the hole, put in quite many seeds to guarantee that the plant to have certain growth, it could not be no plant to grow up.

Second, we will put in the seed to the hole to cover evenly with side some soils, but will cover the soil can not be to be too much.Third , sprinkle the vegetable garden with a watering device if watering with water pipes may cause too much impact on the soil. As a result,the use of watering device can slow down the impact of water and it can also be evenly spilled in the garden of the soil. Result:

After this garden report, we got a lot of experience.No matter we even planted in the vegetable garden the Fruits and vegetables before or not, this civil law class causes us to benefit a lot.Like it is a very great experience that we experience the work of farmer. Exposing to the sun in the vegetable garden to bend the waist grows vegetables.And we must arrive the vegetable garden frequently to water, pull out the weed,worry the Bok choy would be eaten by the insects.Therefore, we must go frequently toward the vegetable garden. These all are many schoolmates have never experienced.Therefore,we looks oneself plants, our bok choy, transform from a small seed to a lot of bok choy ,and look their body slowly growing healthy, there will be a sense of

inexplicable accomplishment.And the most touch is that you can go with the group members to grow vegetables tocts, harvest bok choy,realized together works as farmer's feeling.And we think that plant a bok choy is a kind of rare experience.

一、小白菜的生長歷程

步驟一:子葉裂開，冒出綠色的幼芽 步驟二:兩片綠色的葉片伸展開 步驟三:幼苗逐漸長大，子葉逐漸變小

二、小白菜的基本介紹

1.生長季節:春天 2.生長時間:1~2 個月 3.生長環境:適合濕潤土壤 4.其他:不耐熱，須避開炎熱氣候

三、種菜日記

2/16 →第一天來菜園，把雜草拔掉，重新翻過土，為即將種的菜做準備，開始播 種囉!!把泥土分成一道一道的，看起來挺專業的。 3/1 →已經有幾株發芽了，小小的很可愛，紅色圓圈內就是剛發芽的小草。 3/14 →小白菜長了好多出來!今天發現到了一隻菜蟲在吃我們的小白菜。 3/22 →可能有段時間沒來菜園了，所以覺得小白菜突然就長了好多葉子，因為土 壤很乾，所以也澆了一些水。 3/28 →第一排的菜幾乎都被蟲吃光，雖然還有幾株也被咬了，但看起來仍然很健 壯。 4/26 →我們的小白菜被菜蟲咬了好多的洞，而且發現到我們的菜園長出了好多雜 草。 5/9 →因為有段時間沒來澆水了，所以比較早長出來的葉子都枯掉了，感覺好可 憐啊，一下子感覺變小了很多。

5/11 →一下課就馬上趕來菜園看我們的小白菜，順便澆個水，竟然發現一株超大 的雜草，原本還以為是新種的甚麼菜呢! 5/19 →辛苦了這麼久種的小白菜終於收成啦!看這滿滿一大袋的成果，真有成就感 啊!

四、心得感想

1.侑真 我覺得這幾個月下來，種菜使我感觸很深，原本從一顆顆的小種子蛻變成許多 株的小白菜，使我了解到農夫的辛勞，種菜真的不容易，而且我們都是使用最天 然的種植法，都沒有撒農藥，所以小白菜身上許多的坑洞依稀可見。那我覺得最 有趣的地方是能和組員們一起去種菜、抓菜蟲、收成小白菜，一起體會當農夫的 感覺。而最後收成的時候是最有成就感的，希望下次可以再體驗一次種菜的感 覺！ 2.昀儒 我是第一次種菜，以前只有在小學的時候種過豆芽菜而已，而且也沒有成功種 出來過，所以對於這次種菜我其實不太感興趣。但是在真正開始種之後我才能理 解農夫的辛苦，要時不時的上去澆水，要擔心菜會不會被蟲吃掉，要常常除雜草， 還怕下雨會不會淹水，這些是從來沒有經歷過的，而隨著小白菜的成長茁壯，我 也漸漸感受到種菜的樂趣，看著小白菜從種子到可以收成也讓我有成就感，如果 以後還有機會再種的話我覺得我可以種的更好，這是一次很不錯的經驗。 3.云昕 以前在家裡種菜過，但是沒有在學校還是民法課，剛開始覺得民法還要種菜覺 得很麻煩，但是到後面看到菜發芽了長大真的蠻開心的，跟組員每次上去澆水的 時候或者說經過別人的菜園都會記得小心一點不要去用到別人的，經過這次也知 道菜不是看前幾天有下雨就偷懶不上去看他，等到下次去就會多了好幾個洞，一 直到採收就覺得有種收穫的感覺，也不會覺得他很麻煩，還覺得也學到些什麼。 4.沛慈 這是我第一次有種菜的經驗，每次都是看阿公在種也沒有體驗過，沒想到會在 民法課讓我嘗試到第一次種菜，剛開始播種的時候還想說不知道會不會長不起來 甚麼的沒想到成功的長出小白菜，看到真是蠻感動的，然後都會上去幫他澆水看 有沒有被蟲咬，然後能夠成功採收我們的小白菜真的很有成就感。

5.宇晴 這是我第一次種小白菜，以前在家有種過小花小草什麼的，可是種菜是第一次， 是個新鮮的體驗，種花都不會有花被吃掉的情況，但種菜就不一樣了，每次去菜 園看小白菜就多幾個洞，所以菜農灑農藥是可以理解的。我幾乎都是一個人去菜 園看菜、澆水的，所以我也不知道他們有沒有常去也不知道他們知不知道我有 去，但一個人去菜園就會覺得心情變得很平靜，原本覺得民法課種菜麻煩死了， 但後來覺得沒那麼討厭了，挺不錯的。

→ The first day to the garden, pulling out weeds, re-turned over the soil,let’s sow it !! Make the soil into a row, looks very professional.

→ There have been germinated, the little is very cute, red circle is just the germination of the grass.

→ Little bok choy grow a lot! Today found amorm eat our bok choy 3/22

→ may have a period of time did not come to the garden, so I think the bok choy suddenly grow a lot of leaves, because the soil is dry, so also poured some water.

→ The first row of vegetables almost all eaten by insects, though there are a few strains have been bitten, but still looks very robust.

Fourth, feelings 1. 侑真

I think this month ago, vegetables make me feel very impressed. Originally from a few small seeds into many strains of cabbage, I understand the farmer's hard work, vegetables is not easy, and we use the most natural planting method. There is no sprinkle of pesticides, so many of the bok choy faintly visible. I think the most interesting place is to be able to grow vegetables, catch insects, harvest cabbage with group members, experiencing to be a farmer. And the final harvest is the most

accomplished.Think we can experience farming next time! 2. 昀儒

I was the first time to grow vegetables, before only grow the bean sprouts only in the primary school , but also did not successfully planted out, so I was not interested in planting vegetables. But after the real start it, I can understand the hardships of farmers, from time to time up watering, to worry about the bok choy will not be eaten by insects, often pull out weeds, afraid of the rain will not be flood, these are never experience, and with the growth of bok choy, I gradually feel the fun of planting vegetables, watching the bok choy from the seed to the harvest can also make me a sense of accomplishment, if there is a chance to do it again I think I can be better, this is a very good experience.

3. 云昕

Before I plant vegetable at home, but not in the school or civil law class, just began to think that is a lot of trouble to plant vegetable in the civil law , but to see the vegetable sprout grow up really happy,every time watering with the team ,go through someone other’s garden will be careful not to hurt other’s crop, after this time also know not be lazy after raining , until the next will be more holes. To the harvest to feel a kind of harvest feeling, it will not feel that he is very troublesome, also feel that I learn something.

4.沛慈

This is my first experience of planting vegetables, did not thought in the civil law class let me try to grow vegetables for the first time, just started if will not

go up to help to water it and see if there is no insect bites, and is really a sense of accomplishment then be able to successfully harvest our bok choy .

5. 宇晴

This is the first time planted bok choy, I plant flowers at home before, but planting vegetables is a fresh experience.Planting flowers will not havet he situation of be eaten , but vegetables is not the same, every time to the garden to see a few cabbage on a few holes, so farmers sprinkle pesticides can be understand. I am almost all a person to the garden to see them, watering, so I do not know if they have often do not know they do not know I have to go, but a person to the garden will feel the mood becomes very calm, Civil law classes vegetable trouble died, but later felt not so annoying, very good.
