Based on each student’s current learning level, we choose the skill he/she needs to learn.
2. What is the right lesson?
We select the lesson best suited to help each student succeed from a database of tens of thousands of high quality lessons.
3. What is the right learning modality?
Large group, small group, online: we determine the best learning method or modality for the student to learn the skill.
4. Who are the right teacher & co-learners?
By matching each student with other students ready to learn the same skill, a single teacher can help groups of students all ready to learn.

Students experience two learning sessions every day, learning the same skill in multiple learning modalities
At the end of each day, students take a 4-6 assessment. This information is used to determine each student’s unique schedule the following day.
