3. 完成「使用超音波觀察不同手指姿勢下扳機指之屈指肌腱系統」研究計畫書,計畫使用超音波 以非侵入性的方式量測並量化呈現扳機指於不同手指姿勢下屈指肌腱截面積、厚度、寬度以及 第一環狀腱鞘厚度等資訊,並且與對側健康手指的資料做比較,藉此探討肌腱滑動運動等動作 對於屈指肌腱系統造成的影響,盼能提供建議予臨床扳機指治療。

該研究計畫已通過成大醫院 IRB 同意試驗:

4. 引導碩士班學生與科技部候鳥計畫學生進行扳機指相關研究,候鳥計畫學生於 Taiwan Tech Trek 2014 Academic Conference 競賽中獲得 Medical Science 組別第一名。

5. 撰寫臺綜大生物醫學工程之神經肌肉骨骼研究計畫構想書中英文版。目前扳機指的診斷依賴臨 床醫師的經驗與主觀判斷,故該研究計畫欲發展一整合超音波影像、力學及運動學表現的扳機 指診斷系,提供客觀的量化數據呈現扳機指的功能表現,協助臨床做更明確的扳機指嚴重程度 分級,進而對於不同等級的扳機指患者給予不同治療方式。

6. 提出整合生物力學、醫學影像、臨床骨科與復健治療等專業的三年期跨領域整合型扳機指研究 計畫構想。

7. 參與衛生福利部食品藥物管理署委辦之「強化醫療器材上市後管理」計畫,蒐集各國醫療器材 上市後管理資訊、舉辦相關說明會及專家討論會議,針對國內醫療器材上市後管理機制提出改 善建議。
