ABSTRACT

There are more challenges than ever since the environments & the company internal organization resourcechanged in this industry.

This research is searching how to survive from this great competition by using all the resources available? The purpose of this research is finding out the relationship between the company resources and company developing base on the theory of the

resource-based theory. In this research, through the bibliography, interviews and comprehension of the mutuality documents, we will deeply probe the case study of Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. I hope this research will be helpful for the industry in the very near future.
