1. 操作期間無論發生有感地震、停電、毒氣或火災警報的狀況時，應立即循逃 生方向撤離。
2. 遇 有 氣 體 外 洩 、 火 災 燃燒或人員傷害等 緊 急 狀 況 時 ， 請 通 知緊 急 應 變 指 揮 中 心 協 助 處 理

分機6601& 6602)。
3. 請注意工程師公告機台設備相關之停用製程或服務功能。
4. 有發現其他同學不按照規定使用機台設備（未登記使用紀錄、未依 SOP 操
作，使用不被允許或其他可能造成機台損壞的物料），請儘速告知工程師 (分
機 6629) 處理或工安人員(分機 6639)
5. 機台設備如果有不能正常工作的狀況時，請先查閱之前紀錄且將發生狀況說 明於紀錄簿上，工程師會儘速診斷原因並予以回應。
6. 在 你 離 開 前，注 意 請 再 確 認 機 台 電 源 供 應 器、加 熱 器 及 氣 體 流 量 …等 是 否 都 關 閉 了 。

8. 請保持機台設備附近的環境清潔及秩序。9.
任 何 人 若 不 遵 守 以 上 指 示 將 會 依國 家 奈 米 元 件 實 驗 室 管 理 規 則懲 處。RF Sputter 標準操作程序
(1) 檢查二次配面盤是否正常開啟 (2) 開啟 Generator 總電源
(3) 開啟 操作面盤 開關，並選擇至工作畫面 (4) 按下【Vent】，等待 ATM 燈號亮起。
(5) 按下【蓋板 UP】，開啟腔體後，取消【Vent】，並放入試片。
(6) 按下【蓋板 DN】，關閉腔體。
(7) 啟動【RP】，並暖機約 5 分鐘後，再開啟【RV】。
(8) 按下『TP 暖機』，等待暖機結束，蜂鳴器叫三聲。
(9) 等待真空度小於 5.0 x 10-2 Torr 後，關閉【RV】，開啟【MV】。
(10)等待真空度穩定至 5.0x 10-5 Torr (背景壓力)，關閉【MV】，開啟【RV】。
(11)設定 Power 功率，Gas 流量，打開遮板，計時鍍膜時間。
(12)製程完畢，Vent Chamber(務必確認已將 RV、MV 關閉)，拿取試片，關閉 腔體，抽真空至 5.0 x 10-2 Torr，關閉【RP】，按下『TP 關機』，確認 pump 風扇已停止，關閉 Generator 總電源後，收拾乾淨方可離開。

1. All persons must follow the evacuation routes to nearby safe area of the labs immediately whenever emergency occurs, including earthquakes, power cut, toxic gas alarm, and fire alarm, …etc.
2. Call Control Center at 6601 or 6602 in case of any kinds of accidents, such as gas leaking, fire, or injury…etc.
3. Always be aware of the protection from toxic gases and corrosive chemicals, and make sure the location of the first aid which includes emergency shower, gas masks, fire extinguishers and ointments.
4. Always be notified of the out of function/service announcements at the earliest time.
5. Always follow the SOP (standard operation procedures). Please report at ext. 6601 or 6602 in the event of anyone’s mis-operation or disobeying the regulations.
6. Please check the records and describe the issues/problems in the Working Sheet when finding the equipment malfunctions.
7. Always keep clear records of the experimental procedures and status precisely.
8. Please keep the working space clean and in order.
9. Disobeying the instructions is subject to the Management Rules of NDL.

RF Sputter Standard Operation Procedures
1. Check Process gases and cool water circulatory system
2. Vent the RF Sputter chamber, place the substrate in the chamber, and evacuate the chamber.。
3. Turn on the Process gases and Generator power
4. Adjust Generator power, process gases and process time to obtain better films.
5. Vent the RF Sputter chamber, take out the substrate, and evacuate the chamber.
6. Turn off the machine。
7.Write down the using date、run number、deposit film、operator name、wafer size、
machine condition ..etc from the recorded notebook。
