印刷電路板組裝高速機之多料架指派問題研究 林佳宜、陳偉星

摘 要

在現今的社會中,資訊、通訊以及消費性電子產品因需求量大而成長快速,印刷電路板是一不可或缺之零組件。印刷電路 板組裝中之瓶頸在高速機部份,而如何降低組裝時間、增加生產率便是企業所面臨的課題。 因印刷電路板上每一種元件樣 式之分佈情形將會影響該板子是否適合多料架。本論文在研究一台機器單一電路板之組裝,如何妥善利用空餘之料架,降 低組裝時間。利用多料架指派啟發法 ,使組裝時間降低增加生產率。
