親疏水性介面對微氣泡生成之影響 賴俊翰、鄭江河

摘 要

從微噴嘴孔所形成之微氣泡進入溶液中已廣泛應用於各領域,包含船舶減阻、環境水質淨化、水產養殖、殺菌增氧、化工 及生醫應用等。然而現有之微氣泡產生器裝置在先進產業的應用上,常受限於其尺寸而難以進展,例如應用於人體之氣泡 式氧合器,希望其尺寸愈小愈好。本研究主要目的在設計與製作尺寸很小的微氣泡產生器,藉由微噴射裝置產生微奈米氧 氣泡。本文最終目的是藉由微氣泡產生器能產生微米氧氣氣泡,提升血液中的血氧濃度進而將維持飽和含氧量。 噴孔片製 作是利用微電鑄鎳的方法製造而成。然後在此噴孔片上濺鍍高親水特性之白金層藉予降低噴孔片之水滴接觸角。其微氣泡 之生成狀況及尺寸大小與氣壓大小及流量、噴嘴孔的孔徑及其表面之接觸角和表面張力、流體的特性及是否有水平流速等 變因有關係。此外,利用高倍率顯微鏡及高速電荷耦合元件攝影機實際觀測微氣泡之生成及其尺寸。並探討各種操作條件 下,其微氣泡之尺寸的變化。
