虛擬社群關鍵成功因素之個案研究 張育菖、許晉龍

摘 要

以虛擬社群模式進?電子商務交?漸趨成熟,此議題也受到學者重視。然而過去研究中多以?化進?實證研究,鮮少有使用質 性個案研究探討以虛擬社群為基礎之成功關鍵因素。為此本研究目的主要以個案研究法探討虛擬社群關鍵成功因素。本研 究整?相關文獻提出電子商務交?模式與虛擬社群收?模式架構。依據研究架構尋找出研究對象,再收集成功個案之次級資?

,並以Preece(2001)所提出之社群成功因素進?資?分析。研究結果顯示??何種模式?應擁有多樣化與豐富的內容,並提供使用 者自由空間與回饋的功能,以及清楚傳達之資訊內容,為使用者?身訂做適合個人習慣之網頁與專人回覆且快速?新。
