This is a template for preparing TSG full papers for EARCOME 8. Full papers must be submitted in pdf-format and in word-format (docx or doc). The name of the presenting author should be underlined.

All full papers should use the following prescribed template:

1. The maximum number of words for a TSG full paper is 3000 and should fit in no more than 12 pages.

2. Document size: A4 paper, size 21 cm x 29.7 cm. Margins: 2.5 cm top, 2.5 cm bottom, 2 cm left, and 2 cm right.

Name your file as TSG[No.]_[Last Name of Presenting Author]_Full paper.

3. Font requirement:

a. Font: Times New Roman.

b. Paper Title: 16pt and in bold (EARCOME Heading 1).

c. Author’s name, university, country: 14pt.

d. All other text (except quotes and footnotes): 12pt.

e. Headings:

Section: left justified, bold (EARCOME Heading 2),

First subheadings: left justified, italicized (EARCOME Heading 3), Second subheadings: left justified, underlined (EARCOME Heading 4).

f. Body text: left justified (EARCOME Normal). Indentation of paragraphs begins on the second paragraph of each section or subsection.

g. Table numbers and titles: left justified, italicized, and placed above the table.

h. Figure numbers and titles: centered, italicized, and placed under the figure.

i. Quotes: quotes longer than two lines use indented paragraphs, 11pt.

j. References: use a simplified version of APA Reference style of Sixth Edition with a 0.51cm hanging indent (EARCOME References).

k. Footnotes: all footnotes should be written as endnotes, 11pt.1

2 Title of the paper

4. The footer in every page is just the conference title, the dates and the place to hold the conference. No other footers will be allowed.

5. The odd page header is the authors’ last names. The even page header is the title of the paper.

6. Any acknowledgement is to be written after the references.

7. All indicated authors’ information come after the acknowledgement.

8. Do not include the abstract and the keywords. These should be submitted as a separate MS Word Document named as TSG[No.]_[Last Name of Presenting Author]_Abstract.

Tables, Figures, and Quotes

Tables and figures can be labelled as below. Try to avoid the use of too much grey scale, as this does not always print well. Figures are to be enclosed in a box. Use the following style for quotes longer than two lines.

Quotes which are not longer than two lines are normally included within the text and inside quotation marks. For longer quotes (more than two lines), indented quotations are used in the style EARCOME Quote.
