摘要
震災風險評估與管理平台的研發目標，在提供政府機關、事業單位、防災協力研究 機構等，專業的地震損失評估工具與服務。為達此目標須持續彙整與校正各種災害潛勢 與基礎設施資料、整合與研發先進的震損評估模式，以及開發貼近使用者需求的應用軟 體與雲端服務。本(108)年度主要工作項目包含：(1)近斷層區域震損評估模式精進及應 用、(2) 地震防災與應變雲端資訊服務、(3)震後路網阻斷衝擊評估研究、(4) 醫院震後 功能性衝擊研究、與(5)自來水系統地震風險評估研究。

Abstract
This research project “Seismic Risk Assessment and Management Platform” continues studies and implementations of improved methodology, database and services related to earthquake loss estimation. It aims at providing the government agencies and utility managers with the know-how to achieve better seismic hazard mitigation, preparedness, emergency response and recovery. The research subjects of Year 2019 consist of: (1) Data collection and models for near-fault earthquake loss estimation (2) Development of Taiwan Early Seismic Loss Estimation Website; (3) Seismic risk assessment of roadway and highway networks; (4) Evaluation of post-earthquake functionality of hospitals; and (5) Seismic risk assessment of water supply systems.
