國中學生睡眠對學習成就影響之研究 許鐵鐘、呂勝瑛

摘 要

本研究係採用問卷調查法,主要目的在於調查國三學生目前睡眠的概況之外,了解學生睡眠品質、父母教養方式、家庭社 經地位與學生學習成就之相關及差異性,最後,探討睡眠、父母教養方式以及家庭社經地位對學習成就之影響。 以彰化縣 公、私立之國中三年級學生為母群體,以便利取樣抽取七所國中14個班級,514位國三學生為施測樣本,施以個人基本資 料調查表,其中包含了家庭社經地位之調查、匹茲堡睡眠品質量表與父母教養方式量表,以SPSS12.0 統計軟體進行描述性 統計分析、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及階層迴歸等方法分析。 本研究結果發現: ㄧ、國三學生之睡眠品質普遍不佳

,週間睡眠不足的情況比週末還要嚴重。 二、不同性別之學生其睡眠品質、學習成就沒有顯著差異。 三、家庭社經地位 愈高、睡眠品質愈好則學生學習成就愈佳;父母教養方式不同之學生, 其學習成就有顯著差異。 四、家長的社經地位、

父母的教養方式、睡眠品質與學習成就有正相關。 五、睡眠品質為父母要求與回應對學習成就影響之中介變項。 六、父 母教養方式、家庭社經地位與睡眠品質可解釋學習成就之34.6%的變異量。
