父母親的角色楷模與運動熱情對兒童參與身體活動的影響

研究方法 一、研究參與者 以台灣地區北、中、南及東部共十所國小五及六年級學童（年齡 M= 11.63, SD= 0.79 歲）及其父母為受測對象，發出問卷約 600 份，父母與子女配對(父親 與子女或母親與子女)為一份問卷，有效問卷 498 份。 二、測量

討論 一、結論 本研究發現父母的運動熱情會影響子女的運動期望價值信念與運動參與程 度，但是只有調和式熱情有影響力，強迫式熱情則無影響力。父母對於運動有越 高的調和式熱情，則其子女的運動頻率、對運動能力期望及工作價值也越高。 二、建議 父母對於運動有越高的調和式熱情，則其子女越會經常去運動，子女對自己 的運動能力越有信心，子女也會覺得運動的價值越高。顯示父母不僅本身要多參 與運動，作為子女的模仿對象，也要伴隨正向的情感，讓子女感受到父母運動時 的喜悅。 主要參考文獻 廖主民.(2007).「運動期望與價值量表：兒童及青少年版」中文量表之初步檢驗— 以 Eccles 的期望價值理論為基礎.International Journal of Sport and

一、參加會議經過

The 1st Asia-Pacific Conference on Health Promotion and Education was the first international conference of the International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE) held in Asia. This conference is one of the major academic activities in the field of health education and health promotion worldwide. Conference program consisted of pre-conference workshops, keynote

speeches, symposiums, oral presentations, and poster sessions. There were more than 500 attendees from around the world in the conference. I attended the conference and presented four research papers.
