受延攬人在此延攬期間主要負責計畫之執行,其工作項目包含:

1. 研究方法之實作與探討:透過方法之實作,可探討其方法之優缺點 2. 研究之實驗:透過實驗分析,可比較此研究方法與其他既有方法之優劣 3. 方法之改善:透過實驗結果,可不斷修正方法或技術,更增強其可行性 4.透過成果報告之撰寫,可將實際研究成果回饋給頂尖大學計畫,以利計劃之推動

5. 論文之撰寫:透過國際研討會及國際期刊論文之撰寫,可將實際研究方法與研究成果公佈,供其他有意願合作者參考

是,受延攬人充分發揮其所長,讓計畫順利成功的執行。

(2)研究或教學或科技研發與管理的方法、專業知識及進度如何?

What are the methods, professional knowledge, and progress of the research, teaching, or R&D and management work?

擔任計畫負責人協調研究人員工作分配與進度報告彙整,並代表計劃窗口與計畫辦公室溝通,協調能力佳。同時擔任計劃研 發人員,其專業知識充分為計劃所需,研究方法與進度符合當初聘任之預期。

(3)受延攬人之研究或教學或科技研發與管理成果對該計畫(或貴單位)助益如何?

How have the research, teaching, or R&D and management results of the employed person given benefit to the project (or your unit)?

此計劃之規劃與執行,均委由受延攬人負責,透過受延攬人之細心研究規劃,此計劃得以順利進行,並有初步之成果,包括:

國際會議論文之發表與業界相關研究單位(如中華電信研究院)合作及協助培養國內資訊人才,其幫助很大。

(4)受延攬人於補助期間對貴單位或國內相關學術科技領域助益如何?

1. 協助培養國內研發人才:由於此延聘工作單位為國立成功大學資訊工程系,故可實際參予計畫主持人曾新穆教授與學生之

研究會議,故可實際協助培養相關之資訊人才,經此計劃已成功協助相關研究生進入資訊業或繼續深造。

2. 協助辦理國際會議:由於本主持人目前擔任中華民國人工智慧學會理事長,並於 11/16~18 日在本校國際會議廳舉辦一國際 會議(TAAI 2012 Conference on Technologies and Applications of Artificial Intelligence),藍博士在延聘期間協助本會議舉辦的相 關事務,使本會議在各項事務安排與實行上能更有彈性與助益。

(5)具體工作績效或研究或教學或科技研發與管理成果:

受延攬人在短期的延攬期間專注於研發生理訊號資料分析的探勘技術,目前已將初步成果發表於國際會議論文,如下所示。

近期,受延攬人亦將準備此篇會議的期刊論文送至國外著名期刊審查。透過論文的發表,將此計劃實際研發成果與技術內容 發表在國際會議與期刊論文中,除可增加此計劃之能見度,亦可實際與各國學者交流。
