此技术要求适用于生产部组装车间的非标设备,作为供应商制作要求参考以及生产部门验收参考依据,此技术要求是生 产维护部门根据以往维护经验而制定,并非唯一制作标准,不涵盖其他部门的技术要求。
Scope of specification:
The technical requirements applicable to the non-standard equipment only manufacturing department, as a reference basis requirements for supplier to make equipment and a reference basis for TE to accept, it is made base on maintenance experiences in the past, not include the requirement of other department such as EHS、Engineering、Quality etc. It is not unique specification.

1.1 主要电气部品品牌选择/Electrical part brand definition
电气部品选择对于 TE 设备维护人员比较熟悉的产品,特殊情况需要用到非列表内的部品时品需要给技术员和相关人员 培训:
Supplier should be use the electrical components which the technician from MF department are know well,,supplier must train related technician for the few frequently used under special circumstance.
Main electrical part which are used in TE frequently as below:
1. 可编程控制器/PLC: 三菱/ Mistubishi、欧姆龙/Omron、西门子/Simens PLC 必须保留独立的编程端口,编程端口不可与外围通讯操作端共用一个端口。
Reserve an independent programming port,also an independent port communicate to human operation interface must be exist.
优先使用总线产品,减少繁琐接线,并且要有以太网模块以便后期生产数据采集和集中管理.
Choose the products which used for bus to avoid complex wiring,must install a Ether net module for information collection and management.
PLC 预留 15%的输入输出点
Keep 15% empty input/output digital points.
2. 模块化 PLC 必须留有两个扩展模块的位置,并且必须配置支持 TCP/IP 协议的网络模块,一体式 PLC 安装板位
置预一个留扩展模块大小位置.
3. 触摸屏/Touch Panel: 普洛菲斯/Proface、欧姆龙/Omron、西门子/Simens 需带有网口支持 TCP/IP、SD 或 USB 导出存储功能

1.2 电气布局和配置/Electrical layout and configuration 1.2.1 电控箱本体/Electrical cabinet
1. 电控箱体及电控安装板的厚度不能小余 1.5mm.
Thickness of cabient and installation board must be >=1.5mm
2. 箱体内配置文件槽,用于安放纸档技术资料。
The cubbyhole inside of cabinet, used to put paper technical data.
3. 表面喷涂的颜色为………

4. 箱体上张贴金属铭牌,并标明额定电压,额定功率,额定气压,额定气流,重量,出厂年月等信息
Mount text plates outside of cabinet,show the rate voltage,rate power,rate pressure,rate air flow,weight,
size,date of production and maker.
5. 电控箱周围要有足够的空间使门能打开,门应能在大于 90°角内灵活转动,门在转动过程中不应损坏漆膜,不
应使电器元件受到冲击,门锁上后不应有明显的晃动。
检验方法:手执门锁轻轻推拉,移动量不超过 2mm。
The door of cabinet can be open directly, door can be rotate flexible in range of degree 90, no damage the surface coating、no damage the electrical components and no obvious shaking when door opening and closing.
Inspect method: hold door handle and push softly, door movement should less than 2mm
6. 壳体焊接应牢固,焊缝应光洁均匀,不应有焊穿、裂缝、咬边、溅渣等现象。
Shell welding should be solid, weld should be bright and clean uniform, it should be no damage such as welding wear, cracks, bite edge, slag splashing.
7. 门与门之间的缝隙均匀差小于 2 ㎜,门与门框之间缝隙均匀差小于为 2 ㎜。
The gaps between doors should be less than 2mm, the gaps between door and frame should be less than 2mm.
8. 电控箱需要上门锁,并配备钥匙。
To assemble door locker and provide keys.
9. 如果箱体与机台本体分是离开的,信号线进入箱体采用重载接插件连接。
It is necessary to install connectors on the cabinet in order to connect signal cable into cabinet if cabinet is separate from machine.
10. 电控箱和机器工作台有效分离,防止机台作业过程中产生的废料落入电控箱.
Keep the cabinet separate from machine work stage effectively to avoid the scrap fall into cabinet.
11. 箱体内配电板需留有至少 10%可利用平面空间.
Panel board should be remain 10% useable space at least in cabinet.
12. 箱体内配置两孔和三孔插座方便调试设备用电脑充电
Install a power supply socket with both 2&3 feet for PC battery charging.
13. 电控箱门内框边缘安装密封条,保证关门后的密封性,防护等级需达到 IP40.
Install rubber seal strip on the door inside the cabinet, the protection grade reaches IP40.
1.2.2 元器件的安装基本要求/Device installation base requirement
1. 安装元器件前必须熟读元器件用户手册里的安装指南,严格遵守各元器件的安装要求.
Make sure be familiar with user manual before install components, abide by the installation requirements of each
components strictly.
2. 检查产品型号、元器件型号、规格、数量等与图纸是否相符
Check whether components type、quantity match drawing definition.
3. 所有元器件在维护时不应受到空间的防碍,不应有触及带电体的可能。
Enough space to accessible to maintenance for each device, and must be avoid to touch a charged body.
4. 同一型号产品应保证组装一致性
Insure assembled consistency for same devices.
1.2.3 抗干扰预防/ Interference precaution
1. 保证一、二次线的安装距离,二次线应远离飞弧元件,二次线不得从母线相间穿过。
Primary Circuit keep away from secondary circuit,keep the secondary circuit away from the device which can make arcing,the secondary don’t through bus bar.
2. 各种电气元件和装置的电气间隙、爬电距离应符合相关元器件的安装规定.
The electric clearance and creepage distance between each device should be follow related specification.
3. 安装 EMC 滤波器减少噪音干扰,滤波器确保与安装板有效接触.
Install EMC filter to reduce noise interference,fix filter on board effectively.
4. 布线信号线与动力线要分开线槽走线.
Install signal cable and big current cable in difference cable trough.
5. PLC、图像处理器等小电流智能设备与变压器、电磁接触器等易产生电弧的装置要分区域安装,至少有线槽隔
断.
Keep intelligent devices such as PLC、CCD etc controller away from some device easy make arcing such as inverter、
magnetic contactor at least separate by cable trough.
6. 在用于高速计数、脉冲发生等高频信号传输的线缆端头加装磁环.
Install an anti-jamming magnetic ring for high frequency signal transmission cable such as use in high speed counter or pulse generator.
7. 对于会产生电弧的元器件加装浪涌保护装置,机械式继电器、电磁接触器等
Install surge protective device for the component which can generate arcing such as mechanically relay、electric magnetic contactor.
8. PLC 晶体管输出到有电磁线圈的元器件时加装光耦继电器
Install optocoupler relay if PLC output connect to the component which can generate arcing by transistor type.
1.2.4 抗震动预防
1. 所有电器元件及附件,均应固定安装在支架或底板上,不得悬吊在电器及连线上或者自由摆放。
All electrical components and accessories should be fixed on the bracket or base board, any device suspended or no fixed are forbidden.
2. 安装板上元器件的固定孔必须是螺纹孔,选用合适的螺丝固定。
Mounting holes on mounting board must be tapping holes, choose right screws.
3. 安装因振动易损坏的元件时,应在元件和安装板之间加装橡胶垫减震。
Be equipped with rubber cushion if install any device which easy damaged cause of vibration.
4. 振动盘振荡器保持与电气柜绝对分离.
Keep vibrator away from electrical cabinet.
1.2.5 散热要求
1. 对于发热元件 (例如管形电阻、散热片等) 的安装应考虑其散热情况,安装距离应符合元件设计规定。
For heating device (such as tubular resistance, heat sink, etc.) should consider the installation of the heat dissipation,
element installed distance should comply with the rules.
2. 根据散热量需要在箱体上安装额合适的散热风扇.
Install appropriate cooling fan on cabinet according to heat dissipating capacity.
3. 至少装有两个带有防尘罩的散热风扇,分别负责向箱体里吹风和向外抽风.
Install at least two fans with dust cover to reduce temperature inside of cabinet, one’s responsible for blowing into cabinet, another one is responsible for blowing out from cabinet.
4. 超大功率元器件需要安装散热片。
Install the heat sink on big power components.
5. 伺服步进驱动器安装水平间间距需大于 10mm.
At least 10mm distance horizontal between each driver of servo/stepping motor installation.
6. 箱体内空气环境温度范围保持在-5~45 摄氏度
The environment temperature keep in the range of -5~45℃ 1.3 接线要求/Wiring
1.3.1 接线基本准则/Wiring basic principles
1. 严格按照电气原理图进行电气布置,确保图纸与实际相符.
Wiring follow the electrical schematic diagram, to be insure the actual accord with the drawings.
2. 非标设备用线缆一般分类/ General classification of cable in TE for non-standard equipment
A 类---敏感信号线缆: 各种串行通讯(RS232/485 等)电缆,数据传输总线、以及各类毫伏级(如热电偶等)
信号线。
Sensitive signal cable: kinds of serial communication (RS232/485 etc.) cable, data transfer bus, and kinds of millivolt level (such as thermocouple etc.) signal cables。
B 类---低压信号线缆:5V、15V、24V、0~10mV、4~20mA 等低压信号线(如各种传感器信号、伺服给定、
同步电压等)以及视频电缆。
Low voltage signal cable: 5 v, 15 v, 24 v, 0 ~ 10 mV, 4 ~ 20 mA low voltage signal cables (such as kinds of sensor signals, servo given, synchronous voltage, etc.) and video cable.
C 类---主电路/辅助电路线缆:110V/220V/380V 主回路和辅助回路元气件的交流控制线缆。
Primary /secondary circuit cable: 110v / 220v/380v AC source control cable of each components.
1.3.3 线缆选择/Cable definition
1. 应选择阻燃、无卤(低卤)、无毒的绝缘电缆,对于运动部件所使用到的线缆应具备良好的拉伸强度、耐磨损
性和柔韧性,以适应震动冲击的环境。
Choose insulation cable with flame retardant, halogen-free, non-toxic, used in cable with good tensile strength, good abrasion resistance and good flexibility for the moving parts in order to adapt to the environment of vibration impact.
2. 请根据信号的电压等级、额定电流、预期短路电流、频率、环境条件、电磁兼容性要求及预期寿命来选择电
缆的型号和规格。
According to the signal voltage level, the rated current, short circuit current, frequency, environmental conditions, the electromagnetic compatibility requirements and life expectancy to define the type of the cable.
3. 串行通讯电缆不得超过 15M,数据传输总线和光缆长度限制请遵守线缆技术参数说明,超过长度限制时请加
装中继放大信号以免信号传输损失。
Serial communication cable shall not exceed 15 meters, please comply with the cable technical specifications for the length limit of data transfer bus and fiber optic cable, please add relay amplifier in order to avoid signal transmission losses if the length limit over specification is necessary.
4. 伺服脉冲等高频传输请使用双绞屏蔽线缆减少或避免外部的干扰。
Use twisted-pair cable with shielding to reduce or avoid external high-frequency interference for servo pulse and other transmission.
5. 电气控制柜以外元器件较集中区域请使用多芯电缆或者总线转接板。
Use multicore cable or bus adapter plate for components concentrated area out of cabinet.
6. 元器件较集中区域多芯电缆应留有 10%或至少 2 根备用绝缘线芯。
Multi-core cable should be keep 10% or at least 2 spare insulation wire in components concentrated area.
7. 线径选择依照线径与电流对照表,附表如下 1.3.3-1
Wire diameter selection in accordance with the table of wire diameter and the current as the following 1.3.3-1
8. 各类通讯总线用线缆必须选择专用线缆。
All kinds of communication bus with cable must choose to conform to the specifications of special cable.
9. 拖链内使用的线缆寿命要求至少能够往复运动 2000 万次以上.
1.3.4 端子压着/Terminal joint
1. 常见端子种类如图 1.3.4-1 和图 3.1.4-2 不限于只使用图标中的端子。
General terminal types as shown in chart 3.1.4 1 and3.4.1.2 ,not limited to only use the terminal as the below.

2. 根据线径和端子台类型以及通过导线的额定电流选择合适的端子。
According to the rated current and the wire diameter to choose the appropriate terminals 3. 大于 36V 的请使用 O 型端子,并且用螺丝进行可靠地压着。
More than 36V please use O terminals and fix it reliably.
4. 当接线端子为螺丝连接时,多股导线必须采用相应规格的冷压接头,独股线弯曲成羊眼圈按顺时针方向弯曲,
内径比端子接线螺丝外径大 0.5~1.0mm,连接后导线至绝缘层之间距离为 0.5~1.0mm。

When terminals table is screw type, multi-strand wire must joint in a crimp terminal. Single strand wire bending into a circles clockwise,the cycle’s inner diameter should be 0.5~1.0mm lager than the screw diameter of terminal table, the distance is about 0.5~1.0mm between wire and insulator after connected.
5. 当接线端子为直插式端子时,独股线直接插入,导线绝缘外皮至端子压板距离为 1.0~2.0mm,多股线采用相
应规格的冷压端子,导线绝缘外皮至接头管之间距离为 1.0~2.0mm。
When the terminal is press in type, single strand wire insert directly, the distance between wire insulating sheath to terminal clamp is about 1.0 ~ 2.0 mm, multi-strand wire joint in a crimp terminal. The distance is about 1.0~2.0mm between wire and insulator.
6. 为了确保端子与导线的连接可靠性,请使用与端子向匹配的工具进行端子压着。
In order to ensure the connection reliability for terminal and wire, use the correct tools to press terminals.
7. 更多端子压着规范具体可参照机械行业标准 JB/T2436.1。
Terminal pressure specification you may refer to the specific of mechanical industry standard JB/T2436.1
1.3.5 排线要求/Cable wiring
1. 强电与弱电分离,可有限减少干扰,提高可靠性。
Force electricity and weak electricity separation, it is may reduce interference to improve reliability.
2. 导线弯曲时,过渡半径应为导线直径的 3 倍以上,光纤类的要求在 10 倍以上,并圆滑过渡。
The transition radius should be 3 times bigger than the diameter of wire,for optical cable should be 10 times bigger than diameter and wire need to bend smoothly.
3. 电线和各接线端子、电气设备及插头插座连接时,要留一定的备用长度,以利于解连和重新连接。
It is necessary to keep an appropriate length for reconnection when cable link to terminal blocks, electrical equipment and plug socket.
4. 活动线束的活动部位两端固定牢靠,应减少活动部位的长度和活动时线束的弯曲程度。
Fixed both end of the moveable wiring harness reliably, reduce the length and tortuosity of the part of moveable.
5. 放线时必须根据实际需要长短来落料,留有 100~150 毫米的余量。活动线束应考虑最大极限位置需用长度
Prepare cable length according to the actual needs and 100 ~ 150 mm backup. Pay attention the maximum length for the limit position of moveable wiring harness.
6. 配线时应平直齐牢,整齐美观,尽量减少重叠交叉。
Wiring should be straightly、tidy and beautiful.
7. 测试用探针线使用线套连接或者冷连接,勿用焊接方式连接.
Use appropriate probe connector to connect probe or joint in crimp terminal, do not weld.
8. 电线槽安装应牢固,不可用胶带和扎带固定
Fixed cable duct tightly without adhesive tape and cable tie.
9. 线槽内线缆不可填满,必须留有 25%的空间,线槽盖板要可以轻易打开或合上。
Do not fill cable duct fully, must remain 25% of the space, easy to open and close the duct cover.
10. 垂直的线槽衔接部分用 45 度斜角拼接方式,避免衔接处开口太大,请参照图 1.3.5-1
Connection between duct to duct vertically, cut edge of duct with 45 degrees and merged with small joint gap,
please refer to chart 1.3.5-1.

11. 拖链的安装高度和弯曲半径必须符合产品规范.
Bending radius and installation height of Cable tank should match to the product specification.
12. 拖链内的线缆或气管平行摆放,不能堆叠和交错.
Put cable and air tube paralleled in cable tank,do not pile and crisscross.
13. 元器件出线或者出气到线槽按最近距离排线,就近接入线槽,不可跨越线槽盖板。
Air tube and cable go into the nearest cable duct by shortest way, do not cross duct cover above.
14. 端子排应无损坏、固定牢固、绝缘良好,工具易接触操作。
Terminal row should be no damage, fixed firmly, good insulation and tool can be easy to contact
15. 强弱电端子排相邻时,用端子隔板隔开。
16. 端子排上跳线请使用短连片,少使用线缆跳连.
Jumper on terminal row please use short block, do not jump connection by cable.
17. 电源用端子不可压着超过 2 根线缆,信号用端子不可压着超过 2 跟线缆,每个端子台不可连接超过两个端子
Do not connect more than two cables into a terminal use in power supply, do not connect more than 4 cables in two a terminal use in signal transportation, do not install more than two terminals on a unit of terminal row.
18. 多芯线外绝缘皮剥离后,套上热缩套管包住破损外绝缘外皮, 请参照图 1.3.5-2
Put heat shrink tube on outer insulation of multi-core cable after outer insulation skin is stripped, please refer to the chart 1.3.5-2

1.3.6 线缆固定/Cable fixing
1. 电线管、槽、线卡等安装应牢固,防止振动造成损伤
Install wire tubes, ducts, mounters tightly to prevent vibration damage
2. 电缆绑扎应紧固整齐、横平竖直、外形美观
Cable should be fixed tidy and beautiful.
3. 线缆在拖链的进口前段和出口端要固定牢靠
Fixed cable tightly both end of cable tank.
4. 感应器出线处打个不小于直径为 10mm 的圆圈后在绑定.
Make a circle at least 10mm diameter for sensor cable beside sensor body.
1.3.7 接插件/Connector
1. 各元器件出线通过接插件与上行设备进行连接,特殊通讯电缆除外.
All the components connect with uplink connection by connectors except special cable.
2. 通讯类如 RS232/485、光通讯线缆尽量直接连接端头,必要时可以使用中继进行信号放大.
Some special connections need to connect directly such as use for RS232/485, optical communication etc. Please install the relay for signal amplification if necessary
3. 运动模组上的线缆超过 4 组信号的用总线板转接到控制单元,美观且配线少
Install interface board or I/O bus board to replace cables which more than 4set signals on moveable module.
4. 接插件的位置要合理,方便更换传感器等输入元器件.
The position of the connectors need to convenient to replace components.
5. 机身表面易被接触或碰撞到的地方请使用重载接插件.
Heavy load connectors are used in the place where is easy to impacted.
1.3.8 线缆保护/Cable protective
1. 导线穿过金属板(管)孔时,应在板(管)孔上装有绝缘护套(出线环或出线套)。
Mounted insulating sheath on the hole which function is cable through on plate or pipe.
2. 线槽、线管外的电线电缆必须加用绝缘布以保护,管口应加绝缘套(有油处应耐油)或用绝缘物包扎。
The cable out of duct and pipe be protected by insulating cloth.
3. 线缆跨越门板和箱体间时加装保护线套
Install protected cloth or protected tube when the cable across the door and body.
1.3.9 接地/Ground
1. 所有需要接地的元器件必须按规定牢固的接地.
All components must be in need of grounded firmly grounded in accordance with the regulations
2. 接地线统一用黄绿线或绿色
The color of ground cable should be yellow and green or only green.
3. 接地端子排请使用专用端子排,与普通端子排要明显区分
Please use the specific terminal for earth terminal table, and easy to distinguish with general terminal table obviously.
4. 屏蔽线的屏蔽层应接至专用接地母排或通过连接器外壳接至机箱箱体上。
The metal mesh of shielding cable connect to dedicated terminal or connect to cabinet via shell.
5. 安全保护接地、信号地接地均电阻应小于等于 4 欧姆;
The resistance value of safety protective grounding, signal grounding should be less than or equal to 4Ω.
6. 防静电接地电阻一般要求小于等于 100 欧。
The resistance value of anti-static grounding generally less than or equal to 100Ω.
7. 共用接地体(联合接地)应不大于接地电阻 1 欧
The resistance value of common grounding body should less than 1Ω.

1.4 标示和编号/Marking and numbering 1.4.1 号码管/Numbering tube
1. 号码管标号必须和电气原理图完全符合
Symbol of number tube must be consistent with Electrical schematic diagram
3. 每根导线和气管两端必须有清晰牢固的线号,线号套管在导线上不易移动,查看方便。
Both ends of each wire must have a clear and firm numbering tube, numbering tube on the wire should not easy to move and easy to view.
4. 号码管和线标的方向要一致,垂直方向的读取方向为从下向上,水平方向的读取方向为从左向右.
Number tube direction should be same, read from the bottom to up for the direction of the vertical, read from left to right for the direction of the horizontal.
5. 同类型端子排上的线号长度要一致
Same length of numbering tube for the wires connect to common terminal table.
1.4.2 标签/Symbol Label
1. 元器件上贴上号码标签,表示名称和与电气原理图一致的符号
The symbol on the number label must be consistent with the electrical schematic diagram.
2. 有电气安全隐患的地方张贴安全警示标签
Post safety warning labels on the danger areas.
3. 标签字符的方向规则相同于号码管
The symbol direction follow the regulation of numbering tube
4. 对于常要更换的易损元器件,在应元器件正上方或下方的线槽盖板位置粘贴与元器件相同字符的标签.

1. 红灯:有故障报警时红灯长亮.

2. 绿灯:正常运行时绿灯长亮
The green light active when the machine in normal running.
3. 蜂鸣器:报警时蜂鸣器鸣叫,故障状态下可以强制关闭蜂鸣器
The buzzer active when a fault generated, buzzer can be forced to close.
