Activities

Today we are going to play elastic band.

Safty warning:

Do not hang on the neck.

Do not release the band back suddenly.

Two people work together.

Practice to stretch and to crouch.

Show me a triangle.

Show me a rectangle.

A square.

A circle.

A star.

An irregular shape.

Now four to six people a group.

Please stand inside the elastic band circle.

Move fast and try not to make the elastic band fall on the ground . Now move with the music.

Show the ending shape and intruduce it.

• 學生非常喜歡在彈力繩內旋轉與跑 跳,瞬間爆發的定格也很吸引人。

• 學生想像力與創造力十足,有箭頭/

捕夢網/蹺蹺板等不同物品,運用彈 力繩設計的造型變化很多。

• 可再多留一些時間給孩子們討論與 思考如何設計更有美感的造型,跑 跳的節奏也要練習與音樂呼應。
