一、問答題及翻譯題（每題20分）：
（ 1 ） 試 簡 述 並 畫 圖 說 明 David Easton (1965) 的 政 治 系 統 （ political system）理論。並請舉出一個簡單的例子來說明前述的概念。
（2）在一般民主國家中，立法部門監督行政部門（oversight of the executive）有哪些重要的權力？試簡述之。
（ 3 ） The democratic socialist view of the state is that the state must constrain the powerful and self-interested groups whose behavior will harm the collective good of the society. Also, the state must intervene to provide assistance to the many groups in the society that are deeply disadvantaged by the workings of the system and must enact policies that ensure greater equality of condition. The Marxist view of the state is that most states are expansive and repressive, serving mainly to preserve the interests of the dominant class in the society. In the words of V. I. Lenin (1879-1924), the Soviet revolutionary leader and theorist, such state is “a body of armed men, weapons, and prisons.”
