一、 研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。(由受聘人填寫)

1.研究方面:

a. 承接環保署回收基管會“廢乾電池回收處理”計畫。參與包含整體研究計畫架構、實 驗室分析技術的建立、數據分析與討論、撰寫並發表相關的研究成果。

b. 承接工研院“高效稀土濃縮析附材開發技術”之計畫,發展磁性奈米鐵氧磁體預濃縮 海水及工業廢水中之稀土元素(REE),初步發現自製磁性奈米顆粒可有效吸附水體中 之稀土元素,並可以酸液將其快速脫附,未來將持續研究工業廢水之濃縮效能。

c. 雙金屬奈米級磁性鐵氧磁體尖晶石吸附無機重金屬之研究,以不同系列雙金屬鐵氧磁 體尖晶石作為吸附材,測試其吸附 Cu、Cd、As、Pb、Cr、Zn、Ni、REE、Fe 等無機 重金屬之效能。目前已合成不同系列比例之鐵氧磁體尖晶石作為吸附材(以 Cu-Fe ferrite 為例),初步結果顯示在測試的重金屬及元素中(Nd、Ga、In、Mo Cu、Pb、Ni、

Fe、As、Zn、Cd、Cr、U),於初始濃度 10 ppm 的條件下,As 在 pH 3 時,僅需 5 min 的吸附時間,CuFe2O4即可將其自液相中移除。此外,相較於 Fe3O4吸附 As(V)之飽和 吸附量 14.4 mg/g,CuFe2O4大幅將 As(V)之飽和吸附量提升至 45.5 mg/g。

2.教學方面:

a. 指導研究生實驗設計、規劃及數據之處理。

b. 指導研究生發展吸、脫附之應用技術。

c. 指導研究生發展磁性奈米顆粒應用於有害物質移除之技術。

d. 指導研究生發展磁性奈米顆粒應用於有價金屬濃縮之技術。

e. 指導研究生樣品的採集、過濾及酸化,並教導各類可攜式水質檢測計之使用(ORP meter、pH meter)。

3.科技研發:

a. 發展廢乾電池回收處理之可行技術

(1)建立酸溶出廢乾電池之最適化條件

(2)建立以鐵氧磁體程序資源化處理酸溶出液之最適化程序 b. 發展磁性奈米顆粒應用於有害物質移除之技術平台

(1)建立以磁性奈米顆粒吸附移除 As、Cd、Hg、Pb 之最適化條件

(2)建立其脫附之最適化程序

c. 發展磁性奈米顆粒應用於有價金屬濃縮之可行技術

涂耀仁博士提供磁性奈米顆粒應用技術,指導學生如何富集環境材料中之各種元素,有相當不 錯的具體成效,並協助學生瞭解相關知識背景。

涂耀仁博士發展磁性奈米顆粒應用,促進本中心更能廣泛處理各類的樣品類型,突破過去在測 量上的限制。

涂耀仁博士於延攬補助期間除執行本計畫外,並協助本中心承接其它單位之計畫,促進本中 心與其它研究單位之合作。
