ABSTRACT
With the evolution of technology, there are a growing number of conferences. Demand for build conference websites also increasing.
In order to improve the user's convenience, a conference website should provide the functionality of online submission and peer review, which need web programming to complete. Although there are free web peer review systems, the functionality is limited and not easy to combine with the conference website. Since many departments of our school need to organize conferences, we develop a conference website generating system with online submission, peer review, and payment functionalities in this thesis. In the content management part of our system, manager can upload a logo picture, create website menu and adjust the position. Website contents can be modified by online web editor through the way of what you see is what you get. In the online submission part, member can upload their papers and modify personal information. Moreover, they can check the review results, re-upload papers if necessary, and print debit note for registration. In peer review part, system manager can assign papers to a reviewer and send review invitation to him. After the review procedure, the manager can decide accept papers or not.
