蜂膠是蜜蜂採集植物的幼芽、嫩枝、樹 膠，及其本身分泌物所形成的黏 性化合物，主要是由黃酮類及醣類組合而成，在第二部份的實驗是進行日 本金粉蕨(Onychium japonicum)的成分分離。日本金粉蕨，為鳳尾蕨科 (Pteridaceae)，具有解熱、降火功能，可治腸炎。
