運動期望價值信念與運動行為改變階段
在政府大力推行運動，健身俱樂部及各種運動場館設施不斷擴增及充實之 下，但是從事規律運動的人口仍只是少數，心理層面的問題顯然不能忽視。本研 究以 Eccles 等（1983）所提出的期望－價值理論（expectancy-value model of achievement）為基礎，結合另一個健身運動心理學領域的重要理論－跨理論模
式（Prochaska & DiClement, 1982），進一步檢驗處於不同運動行為改變階段的
個體的期望價值信念，希望對於促進運動行為改變的認知因素，尤其是期望價值 信念，有更周延的了解。
本研究最主要的研究問題為：處於不同運動階段的個體在運動期望價值信念 上 是 否 有 顯 著 的 差 異 ？ 根 據 Eccles and Wilfield(1995) 、 Fredricks and Eccles(2002)、Liao 等(2004; 2005)的發現，及 Prochaska 的跨理論模式對於不
同運動階段行為特性的描述（Prochaska & DiClement, 1982），在越後期的個體

一、參加會議經過
NASPSPA Conference is the annual meeting of The North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity. This conference is one of the leading academic activities in the field of sport psychology worldwide. More than 300 researchers from around the world attended the conference and more than 300 research papers were presented.
I attended the conference and presented three research papers. One of them titled
“Expectancy-valuebeliefsand behavioralinvolvementofparents,children’sperceived quality of parents’involvement,children’sexpectancy-value beliefs, and sport participation”was based on findings of projects granted by the National Science Council, Taiwan (93-2413-H-028-002, 94-2413-H-028-002).
