本研究計劃自九十五年四月份開始以來,即積極循著前一階段的成 果,繼續在動物心血管效應的方向上探討空氣懸浮微粒的心律調節性毒 性。以平均將近一個月一梯次的方式,完成八梯次 64 隻 SHR 的暴露與收 訊工作。初期規劃為硫酸鐵 105 μg/animal、硫酸鎳 263 μg/animal、細菌內 毒素 500 μg/animal、PAQ 15 μg/animal、以及秋季(2005 年九月到十一月)

和春季(2006 年二月到四月)兩個季節,PM

以及 PM

各兩個粒徑 200 μg/animal 的等物質的暴露。經過初步的數據分析,發現硫酸鐵、和硫酸鎳 的效應未達預期程度,因此各再追加一次的兩倍劑量暴露實驗,從而獲致 目前的成果。另外,我們也進行了超細粒徑碳黑 2870 μg/kg 和硫酸鐵 105 μg/animal 或硫酸鎳 263 μg/animal 合併暴露的動物實驗,以探討其交互作 用。

我們發現不同的暴露物質造成不同的心律調節性變化、同一暴露物 質在不同階段造成不同的心律調節性變化、同一暴露物質在不同劑量下造 成不同的心律調節性變化、同時合併兩種物質暴露的心律調節性交互作用 等現象。接續目前的成果,我們認為在其他疾病動物模式上繼續探索,可 以進一步確立這些效應的可信性,並且探討出造成這些病生理現象的生物 性基礎。另外,在本研究中我們也發現濃縮空氣懸浮微粒的粒徑效應。過 去,學界研究空氣懸浮微粒的健康效應,多半側重在細粒徑空氣懸浮微粒 方面,而較少探討到粗粒徑空氣懸浮微粒的健康效應。但是,近年來的研 究潮流,則傾向於認為粗粒徑空氣懸浮微粒也有值得重視的健康效應。因 此,我們也建議在超級測站的監視系統中加入 PM

2.5-10

的成分分析,如此 不僅更加完備空氣品質監測的內容,而且可以提供後續包括流行病學與毒 理學相關研究的數據基礎。
